The advertising space on the Hekman Library website is available to the Calvin community according to the following guidelines:

• Audience: advertising is available to departments of the college or seminary and the sponsored event being advertised should have broad appeal within the Calvin community. The ad image should link to a web page which gives detail about the event.
• Duration: advertisements are able to be run more intensively for a period of two weeks or more sporadically for a longer period of time. If multiple advertisments need to run intensively during the same time period they will alternate.
• Image Specifications: the color advertisement should be a static image in PNG, JPG, or GIF format with the dimensions of 624px width by 79px height. The image file size should not exceed 40K.
