A recall may be requested for an item that has a due date three or more weeks in the future. Place a hold on the item and then you will need to contact library Circulation staff to activate a recall.  The person who currently has the item will be asked to return it within seven days of receipt of the recall notice.

A recall will be done for items checked out to faculty, staff, and seminary Ph.D. students, or if an item is needed for reserves. This service is only available in-person or by phone and not online via the catalog.  Ask staff at the main (2nd floor) Circulation desk, or contact Carla Moyer Hotz (Circulation Coordinator) for more information.
