The Cayvan Recorded Media collection operates as a multipurpose facility located on the 2nd Floor of the library. It oversees the Hekman Library's audio and audiovisual collections, provides a reserve for all types of recorded media, and houses the Cayvan Choral Music Collection (Calvin Choral Music Database).

CRM's hours during the fall and spring semesters are Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-10:00pm; Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm; Saturday, 10:00am-5:00pm. CRM is closed during the summer. Requests for Cayvan media during the summer should be directed to Carla Todd, Circulation Coordinator.
