The Calvin Choral Music Database (CCMD) contains nearly 4,000 records that describe choral scores. The core of this database is Calvin's own choral music library. Along with the database there are accompanying binders holding single study copies of all the octavos described in the database. The music covers all time periods, styles, and voicing. This database is especially useful for students of choral literature, worship planners, and church choir directors.

Selectors have made a special effort to add octavos that are representative of music from many cultures around the world.
