The Wellesley Index to Victorian Periodicals can be accessed online via Hekman Library's Digital Research Center computers by clicking on Start Menu-->Programs-->Routledge Wellesley Index. A CD-ROM version can be found in the Cayvan Recorded Media collection. The print version of the Wellesley Index is available in the 2nd floor Reference Collection (REF. Z2005 .H6).
The Wellesley Index to Victorian Periodicals contains the table of contents for 45 British periodicals, many of which are not indexed elsewhere. A short essay for each periodical outlines the scope, history, and editorial information. Annotated entries for each periodical's table of contents identify contributors and related materials.
