The Aquatic Plant Information Retrieval System (APIRS) database contains citation and keyword records for scientific articles and reports about uncounted species of aquatic, wetland and invasive plants.
BioOne is a database of 200 high quality, subscribed and open-access titles focused in the biological, ecological, and environmental sciences. As a nonprofit organization, BioOne exists for the benefit of the scientific community.
Web of Science is the world's largest, high-quality interdisciplinary database back to 1965. All subject areas are covered, but the sciences are covered very well. NCBI (National Center for Biotechnology Information) is a cross-database search engine for approximately 24 life science databases. Some of the subjects covered include: gene sequences, molecular structure, proteins, and nucleotides.
This version of Medline is integrated into the citation linking feature found in the Web of Knowledge database. It is far more sophisticated than the other Medline version offered by the library, and is recommended for advanced researchers.
