Faculty Services Library Liaison Program

Collaborating with You in the Learning Process

The liaison program is the main vehicle for communication and collaboration between librarians and faculty. The goals of the liaison program are to:

  1. inform faculty of new print and on-line resources pertinent to classroom instruction
  2. help faculty develop high-quality collections in their subject areas
  3. keep faculty informed about programs and services which impact their departments
  4. assist faculty with their personal research
  5. teach tailored research sessions upon request
  6. address library-related questions and concerns
Hekman Library also has a Research Instruction Program for designing research assignments and tailored research sessions. For more information on this program please contact Sarah McClure Kolk, Instruction Librarian.
