The following are some resources useful for study of the Ugaritic language and texts. Note that this is not a comprehensive bibliography. Many of the resources below have been selected to assist you in finding bibliography for further research; for example, entries in lexica and grammars typically contain useful bibliographic notes.

Ugarit-Forschungen. Internationales Jahrbuch für die Altertumskunde Syrien-Palästinas. Published annually.1969- (1- ) 5th floor PJ4150 .U4
The primary journal for Ugaritic studies. Indexed in the ATLA Religion Database. Each volume has helpful indexes of Ugaritic textual references, Biblical references, references to Ugaritic and words in cognate languages, names, and subjects. 

History of Scholarship:

Untold Stories: The Bible and Ugaritic Studies in the Twentieth Century. Mark S. Smith. Peabody, Mass.: Hendrickson Publishers, 2001. 5th floor PJ4150 .S65 2001
A history of scholarship on the Ugaritic language and texts. Chapter 4, "Resurgence in Tools and Method: 1985-1999," is now dated, but contains useful bibliographic references.
