The study of gender encompasses many disciplines and subject areas. To do an efficient search in WebCat for this topic, it is necessary to have a secondary concept in combination with gender, such as "gender role" (refers one to the approved subject heading "Sex role"), or "gender identity. For books on gender role, HQ1190 and surrounding area is fruitful (3rd floor).
