The Patent Electronic Business Center offers access to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) full-text and full-page image databases.

This includes the text of patents issued since 1976 and images of patents since 1790 from the PatFT database as well as patent applications published from March 15, 2001 to current via the AppFT database.
