Denominational Loan

Denominational Loan (also known as CRC Minister's Loan) is a service extended to ministers and retired pastors in the Christian Reformed Church (based on the current CRC Yearbook) who wish to check out books from Hekman Library.

Denominational Loan policies and privileges:

• This service applies only to books.  The following may not be checked out: periodicals, microforms, Ministry Resource Center materials, rare books, reference books, sound recordings, or books in special collections (such as the Meeter Center or Heritage Hall).
• Up to five books at a time may be checked out; additional books will be checked out when the total drops below five.
• Books may be checked out for a six-week period (no renewals).
• Items will be immediately recalled if a student or faculty member has need of them. 
• Note that if you plan to move your household during the time the books are checked out to you, please notify Carla Moyer, so we can have a current address on file.

Requesting Materials 

Requests may be made in the form of a letter, a fax, or email. Please provide authors and titles of the requested books (other information such as edition, publisher, and publication date is not required unless it is significant). Contact:
