The Hekman Library has a recreational reading collection for Calvin students, faculty and staff. This collection is only for use by members of the Calvin community.

The recreational reading collection contains best sellers and popular literature which can be checked out for 14 days with a late fine of 50 cents a day. There is no grace period on these items, and an overdue notice will be sent the first day that it is overdue. If the book is lost there is a $15 lost book fee. Holds placed on these books will be held for two days. There are no recalls on recreational reading books.
