Download LibX Hekman, a Firefox extension that provides direct access to Hekman Library resources.
Features include:
Toolbar and right-click context menu: Search your library catalog directly from the LibX toolbar or using the right-click context menu.
Support for off-campus access: follow links via the proxy server making it appear as though you are coming
from an on-campus computer.
Quick full text access to journal articles: LibX uses Google
Scholar to search for articles and directs users to full-text. Select a citation, then
drag-and-drop it onto the Scholar button on the toolbar.
Embedded cues: LibX places cues in web pages when Hekman Library has resources related to that page. Whenever you see a cue,
click on the link to see what services are available.
Support for xISBN: book titles have different ISBNs for different editions.
LibX uses a service called xISBN which enables you to find all related editions.
