Copying machines are located on all floors. These machines will accept coins, bills, or Vendacards, which can be purchased from Vendacard machines on the 2nd Floor and 4th Floor. Copies are $0.10 per page when purchased with cash and $0.07 when purchased with a Vendacard. Vendacards are also used for printing from the microform equipment.

Vendacards: The initial cost of a Vendacard is $1 - $0.30 of that is used to purchase the card. Reinsert the card to add money.

The library will give refunds only in the case of copy machine malfunction. Refunds will not be given for lost or stolen Vendacards or for unused copies remaining on the Vendacard.

Photocopying: Department Policy

All staff and faculty who do departmental copying in the library will be required to use Vendacards purchased at the main Circulation Desk. Vendacards are available in denominations of $5, $10,or $20. Any departmental representative may purchase Vendacards and the purchase will be charged to the appropriate department's account. Vendacards cannot be issued without an account number.

Departments may wish to allow each person to buy their own Vendacard. Other departments may wish to purchase a few Vendacards and store them in a central location to be used by anyone in the department.
