	Research Databases (Consult this list for interdisciplinary databases) Academic OneFile Academic OneFile is a collection of more than 8,000 journals with full manual indexing and coverage of a variety of academic disciplines. The majority of the content is peer-reviewed and available full-text. Disciplines include science, technology, medicine, and the humanities. View: Online America: History & Life Covers over 1,700 journal titles published worldwide and includes article citations and book/media reviews of special interest to historians of United States and Canadian history and related fields. View: Online American Rhetoric A continually growing database of full text speeches delivered by presidents and political activists, actors, Christian leaders, authors, talk show hosts, and many famous historical figures. View: Online Annotation ARTstor ARTstor is an image collection which documents artistic traditions across all times and cultures and embraces architecture, painting, sculpture, photography, decorative arts, and design as well as many other forms of visual and material culture. View: Online Annotation ComAbstracts The ComAbstracts database presents abstracts for articles, books, and other relevant material to researchers and students interested in fields related to human communication studies including: mass communication, human interaction, rhetoric, health communication, communication and new media, journalism, and communication history. View: Online Communication & Mass Media Complete Communication & Mass Media Complete incorporates the content of CommSearch and the Mass Media Articles Index along with other journals in communication and mass media to create a resource with scope and depth encompassing the breadth of the communication discipline. CMMC offers complete indexing and abstracts for over 370 journals and select coverage of 230 more for a combined coverage of over 600 titles. Full text articles are available for more than 240 journals. More than 11,000 sources are indexed, most with full-text coverage. View: Online MLA International Bibliography The MLA International Bibliography is a subject index for books, articles and websites published on modern languages, literatures, folklore, and linguistics. MLA International Bibliography dates back to 1925 and contains over 2 million citations from more than 4,400 periodicals and 1,000 book publishers. 	Reference Materials Encyclopedia of Rhetoric - PN172 .E52 2001 Combining theory, history, and practice, this encyclopedia by Thomas Slone, has a special emphasis on public speaking, performance and communication.
