	Research Databases (Consult this list for interdisciplinary databases) Education Abstracts Education Abstracts covers every age and sector, from preschool through college and subjects ranging from athletics to vocational education. It indexes over 650 periodicals and yearbooks in English. Abstracts are included with full records beginning in Jan. 1994. View: Online Education Resources Information Center (ERIC) The Education Resources Information Center database is an index of resources for researchers in the field of education. Indexing extends from the year 1966 to the present. Topical coverage includes: urban education, assessment and evaluation, technological applications, career and vocational education, education of the gifted, and reading and communication. View: Online Educator's Reference Complete Educator's Reference Complete indexes more than 1,100 periodicals (450 are full-text academic journals) as well as hundreds of full-text ERIC reports. The database is intended for the K12 educator or administrator as well as education students, faculty, and researchers. It covers multiple levels of education from preschool to college; topics include educational specialties such as technology, bilingual education, health education, and testing, and also issues in administration, funding, and policy. View: Online PsycINFO PsycINFO is a department of the American Psychological Association. The PsycINFO database provides access to international literature in psychology and related disciplines including psychiatry, education, business, medicine, nursing, pharmacology, law, linguistics, and social work. Sources for the database include over 1,800 professional journals, chapters, books, reports, theses and dissertations, published internationally. View: Online


	Reference Materials Dictionary of Multicultural Education - LC1099 .D53 1997 Provides multiple perspectives on race and ethnic distinctions, gender considerations, postmodernism, critical theory, and the meanings of all this for curriculum.
