Course reserves may be used by faculty to put specific titles from the Hekman collection on limited check-out for their course. We highly recommend doing this to avoid conflict between multiple students who all need to read the same library book or watch the same library video for your course.

For electronic reserve requests, use the electronic reserve request form.

For physical reserve requests, use the reserve materials request form (*Not available for academic year 2023*).

• Reserve loan times are 2 hour, 3 hour, 1 day, 3 day, and 1 week. 
• No rush reserves. Please allow 2 to 3 work days for processing before they are available for students.
• Reserves are not browsable. Students will need to ask for the books by title and course. Access Services staff can then retrieve them.
