Children's and Young Adult Literature

This guide will give you suggestions for specific library resources to consult for Children's and Young Adult Literature, along with tips for searching, exploring illustration and diversity in children's lit, and getting more help from your research librarian!

Some of the library's children's and young adult (YA) books are in the Curriculum Collection (on the 4th floor), but most are in the Children's Literature collection located in the "Kuiper Reading Room" (on the 5th floor). The collection Children's Literature collection contains an extensive selection of children's picture books, chapter books, and YA novels.
